Close to Pool with Garage and Private Patio

This is probably one of the nicest VRBO's I have stayed in the kitchen has everything! The beds are comfy, the view is amazing and it is so nice to have the extras like games and dominos and pool noodles and tennis rackets when you travel with children and to enjoy the amenities on site. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and cozy place just South of Moab and with beautiful views. Perfect place for party of 8 and Nice size garage [were able to fit the Raptor and a SUV just fine], well stocked kitchen & plenty of appliances. Friendly instructions from Makenna's to make our life easy and feel like home.

Wonderful location, great parking when very minor issue came up the property manager was a phone call away. Beds were comfy - kitchen had everything we needed. Very nice place.

We loved the unit. Everything about it was so well thought out. Lots of extras like pool noodles, sports, rackets, basketball, games, very well equipped kitchen that we got a lot of use out of. The furniture was comfortable, the townhouse was roomy. It was exceptionally clean! The view was amazing! The garage was a huge plus! Labels on all light switches was such a great, added touch! Will definitely book again.

We had a great long weekend hitting three national parks in three days. Condo had everything we needed for a long weekend. Kitchen is outfitted much better than other VRBOs we have rented (selection of pans, decent knives and amble tableware). Property was clean and located convenient to Moab. Only suggestion is the couch needs replacing -- couldn't sit on one side it was so uncomfortable.

We were all so pleased with this rental! It was spacious for our family of four, the amenities were perfect including games, tennis rackets, extra blankets, and a well stocked kitchen). Everything was super clean and comfortable! There was plenty of room for parking our side by side in the garage or driveway. We would stay here again!

We had a pleasant stay there. The views were beautiful.

the rental home was great. All of the bedrooms/bethrooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything you needed to do some cooking; very nice front patio to sit out and enjoy the evenings. Having the garage to park your car and bring the bikes in was fantastic! Only issue we had was the internet (trying to stream movies and YouTube videos) was poor.

Great spot to spend a week in Moab!

Excellent location in a well furnished and stocked home. Very clean and easy to find, just remember that the garage and parking are around back. Highly recommend this unit.

Everything about the visit was great! The house has everything we needed.. clean and stocked with essentials. The location downtown and nearby hikes was convenient. Would recommend and stay again!

Such a clean, well designed home for the traveler. I maintain vacation rentals and I have seen lots of different homes which this one ranks in the top. The views and location were ideal for our trip and would certainly come back.

One of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in! Great home-base for exploring the parks around Moab. Kitchen well stocked. I am planning on returning to Moab and I will stay here again. I researched other rentals in the area and many of them had poor reviews of the property manager. No problems with this property manager - they were terrific!

Super clean property described perfectly. No surprises when we arrived. Great communication from property managers. Quiet location south of Moab's busy traffic and noise.

Great place for a relaxing weekend with the family. Plenty of room to spread out and a well stocked kitchen that made cooking at the house fun.

This place is trulybamazing. They have given so much attention to every detail. The kitchen has everything you might need, even a mixer. The decoration is so charming g, beds are so comfortable, good quality towels. They have some board games, some sport equipment, coolers, a bike rack. They even have a box with scissors, tape, duct tape. Everything is sparkly clean; location is perfect, close to downtown but not in the conmotion. Communication with host is quick, entering and exiting the premises are so easy. Everything is labeled. I couldn't find one thing negative about this place!

Great place to unwind after fun adventurous days. The place is well equipped and items were well marked (light switches, dishes, remotes etc) making it easy to use.

The cleaning crew was still there 35 minutes after our check in time which was a bummer as we were ready to unpack and settle in after a long drive.

It’s probably time to replace the carpet upstairs. Other than that everything was clean and in good condition.

We enjoyed going to the hot tub and watching movies at night.

We enjoyed our stay here in Moab. There was lots of space for us and it was a short drive to Arches National Park and other hikes in the area.

Makenna's Gold was perfect for our stay. Even when the booking website messed up and didn't inform themof our coming, The owners moved quickly to get a resolution. The home was great, beds were comfortable, and everything else was well stocked. Thank you SO much and we will most likely return

The condo is very clean and modern. Love the ensuite master bedroom. Mattress is super comfortable. Close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Downtown Moab restaurants are a nice variety. Great supermarket to get everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was comfortable, well-equipt, spacious, and clean. There was enough space to be together for eating and hanging out. Plenty of kitchen items, although the knives could use a good sharpening. The garage was is large and clean was make off-street parking a non-issue.
The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans made sleeping perfect. The towels and bed linens were high quality. So nice to have large plush bath towels.
Although we were out hiking most of the time, coming back to the condo was a welcome place to rest, relax and get ready for our next adventure.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to be able to spread out, rather than be smashed in a hotel room. My only suggestions would be to have a high chair and play pen for families with babies. We brought s play pen, but we forgot our high chair. The townhouse is about 5 miles south of the center of town, do be aware. We were ok with that. It was quieter. I do wish the pool had been open. I noticed multiple outdoor pools in town that were already open.

We were about 5 miles south of Moab, so Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point were very close by. The grandkids enjoyed the playground near our condo and found new friends to play with there.

Fantastic condo with 3 big rooms - King in master, queen in another and queen to double bunks in third room. Great garage for gear. Nice and new. Loved our stay here.

My family stayed in this townhome for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking meals. The dining/living room area were spacious with comfortable seating. The beds were also comfortable, and the unit was well heated. Having a private garage and laundry room was great! The units are close together, but we could not hear our neighbors at all! It was very quiet with beautiful views! We would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our stay, we came down for mountain bike races. We were very tired the first night and wanted to make dinner but couldn’t find a can opener, so we texted the property management. They rushed one over to us and it was great, the next morning we found the can opener Thanks for taking care of us.

This unit was very clean, comfortable and convenient for our week’s stay. Took us 10 minutes to drive to Arches National Park. The home had all the conveniences. Maybe an ice chest for guest use would be nice though. Pool was small and crowded so we only used it once. The kitchen could use some containers for leftovers. My husband loved the gas grill! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the property was amazing and we had a great experience. Only thing that troubled us was the wash room of the master bed room. The Flush of the toilet was not working. But overall, we would definitely love to come back at this place.

Comfortable, in a wonderful spot with amazing views. Beds were comfortable, big two car garage was a bonus, and all of the appliances worked great. The pool and the playground area were a bit small, but we found a wonderful alternative at the Moab Aquatic Center. Would stay here again.

Hand soaps in all bathrooms and kitchen were nearly just water. Toilet seat in master bedroom broken. soapy water in master bathroom sink like someone had just washed hands. over all nice place just some details need to be addressed.

Stayed for 7 days. Fantastic place to stay. Equied with all you need for home away from home. We cooked all our meals and done our laundry saving us a fortune while having a blast in Moab! Would recommend to a family!

We stayed in the property for an extended weekend; however, it is setup with washer & dryer, so you could stay longer, if desired. The property had all the amenities as described, which was nice for planning our vacation. The property is just a short few miles outside of the downtown Moab in a small, yet growing development. The kids loved the pool and hot tub; however, even though we were there in early May, was very busy - I cannot imagine how busy it is during the peak season. We loved that there was a TV in the living room plus separate TVs in each room. The only complaint that we had was the creepy man that watched us through the window for 20+ minutes while we were packing up to leave the property (please note that we checked out before the 11 AM MT cut off time too). We noticed the property is currently for sale; therefore, if does not sell before our next trip down to Moab, we will defiantly stay here again.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and have always had a great experience. The condos are super clean, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen items, TVs and garages to store toys in! The pool was even warm enough this time (sometimes April weather is tricky!) Its close enough to town and far enough away at the same time ;)

The house was very spacious, clean, and well stocked with all that you need. If you are planning on chopping a lot in the kitchen, then you need to bring your own sharp knife. But other than that, kitchen was fairly well stocked. We are 4 adults visiting Moab for mountain bike vacation. The garage was spacious, plenty of room to work on your bike. The house was very quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Definite 5 stars.

Perfect place, gorgeous views and ideal location. We were able to keep our jeeps in the garage and there was plenty of options for our truck and trailer on property. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again for sure.

Very nice unit. Master shower drain had some issues. Not happy that the pool was already closed. That would have been nice to know. Not enough supplies stocked. i.e. Trash bags and such

This place was better than I expected, had everything you could need down to a sewing kit, was clean, great location , great views, comfortable beds, so nice to have a garage, had maps, brochures, , hope to be back next year....
