Excellent vacation rental for our weekend visit to Moab. The townhouse had every amenity for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay there again. Great rental company and communicators.

This place was wonderful!! It was spacious and a great place to relax after being in the National Park most of the day. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for all 4 of us for the 3 nights we stayed. Would have liked to have had some tissues around the place and we couldn't get a TV channel that had our college game on, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

This rental was perfect for our family vacation to Arches National Park. Spacious and it was nice to have a pool for the hot August afternoons.

This property was amazing and had everything we needed and more! It was very clean and close to town but also allowed you to have quiet and privacy after long days of hiking and exploring. The pool was so relaxing after visiting the national parks in the area. We would definitely recommend this property and company and will stay again! Definitely a 5 star experience!!

The accommodations are great for a family. The kitchen was stocked with all the small kitchen appliances and utensils. Very comfortable beds and the furniture was comfortable making this place feel like home. A plus was having the washer and dryer on site. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings after a long hike. This is a great place for families or couples to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Delicate Arch Delight. The condo was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us to access Canyonlands and Arces National Parks.

Everything about this place is top notch. The communication was excellent, we knew exactly how to get to the property and where to park well in advance of our travel date. Accessing internet was easy and there were detailed directions for using the TV's.
This property was well set up for renters including labeled light switches and cupboards, small appliances such as a waffle maker, crockpot, toaster, 12 cup coffee pot with filters, and seasonings. There is a cooler in the closet and a sufficient supply of towels including pool towels.
The pool area is a short walk away from the property, there is a hot tub and loungers including shade available.
This clean property is located outside of Moab, so that required us to drive to town, but we felt like the delightful place was worth the drive. Parking was tricky with trailers and big vehicles around, so if you don't like parking in tight spaces check to see if there is an alternate place to park.

Wonderful!! Two en-suite bedrooms and a 1/2 bath were wonderful for 3 women. The kitchen was equipped well. Privacy, view and location were perfect for our forays both N and S of Moab. Directions by the management in book form as well as the wealth of local information hard copy was perfect for us to fill our time. Would be perfect for 2 couples traveling together.

We loved this condo as it was very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished and had a well stocked kitchen. The pool was also great as it was very clean and there were only a few people there each time we used it.

Nice cozy place to stay just outside of town. Quiet, especially in March. Plenty of space and 2 bedrooms was a joy. Easy access via doorcode.

Stay was comfortable and affordable! Cost of staying at Delicate Arch Delight was comparable to hotel rooms in the area in September, therefore offering much better value. The home was well stocked, and was a great place to return to after a day exploring the outdoors. Woud strongly recommend.

2 story townhome with parking on private cul de sac in front of townhome. Bed very comfortable.
When downstairs, ac was noisy, but no distraction upstairs. Very clean.
The directions for depositing trash and recycling could be improved. The location was not clear. There were no bins for recycling according to a resident we met at the bins.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the location about 10 mins South of moab.Easy drive to arches and canyonlands np.

Great space in a beautiful community. You get all the comfort with two bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. Big closets. Fully equipped kitchen on the main level with courtyard areas front and back. Loved looking at the stars at night!

This townhouse had it all. Great for a family on vacation. Full kitchen, laundry, games for the kids, a view and comfort.

The place was super clean. Everything was very organized and well kept. The beds were super soft and comfortable. Overall Makenna was a great host. She made it very easy to check in and check out .

Great place to stay! It was clean and offered everything we were looking for in a place to stay. Close to town and it was quiet. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and a half bathroom downstairs. The washer/dryer was a big plus! Would definitely stay there again.

Arches Delight is exceptionally clean and well stocked. If you are staying in Moab, this is the place to stay. Hostess was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The only con was that the air conditioning unit is loud when you are in the kitchen area. The pools and hot tub were a pleasure after a hot day of sight seeing. I would definitely stay here again.6

The condo was comofortable. However, it did not have that "at home" feeling. It felt like a hotel room. It did not have any extras in the kitchen like the basic alum. foil, condiments, plastic baggies, etc. We did not get that "welcome" feeling when we entered. This was not the VRBO that we are used to. It was in an excellent location close to Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse State Park though. We were disappointed in the less then "homey feeling" we encountered.

This new, modern end unit was equipped with everything we needed.
The beds were comfortable and amenities supplied. We would rent this unit again.

This rental unit was beyond amazing. It was clean, stylish decorations throughout and all the amenities you would need. As my review is named, this rental exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back again!

Great location for basing your Moab explorations. Well located, well appointed and comfortable. A couple mins to town gives easy access to restaurants and fun!

We had a great stay. The property is close to town, clean and had a variety of kitchen appliances. The grill was a great option for a night we wanted to avoid the crowds at restaurants.We enjoyed the hot tub and would have used patio if it had been a bit warmer in the evening. The only negative we found was that one of the bedrooms had a squeaky door.

We had a very nice stay at this clean, modern, well furnished townhouse. The location south of Moab was convenient for all the attractions. Even though it is a community of townhouses, we thought it was very quiet. I give it a 5 star rating.

We needed a home base for our explorations of the Moab parks and Delicate Arch was the perfect place to stay! The unit was spotless, the furnishings were perfect, the beds were amazing (the pillows not so much), the kitchen was well stocked. After exploring the parks each day, returning back to Delicate Arch felt like we were coming home. I highly recommend staying here, it was quite lovely!

Very nice, clean and the experience of checking in and out was easy. The parks are very close to this property and the La Sal mountains are behind it. Beautiful views!

Beautiful Condo with nice views. Very comfortable and quite clean. A few minutes south of Moab right off main highway. Which was actually good to be out of the busy downtown.

Absolutely fantastic! Lovely place. Clean. All the necessities. Loved it.

This was a very special, beautiful place to stay. Very clean, well kept, stocked perfectly with everything needed for an extended stay. The bed pillows were perfectly comfortable. The only slight complaint was the air conditioner unit (located in a closet by the kitchen) was a little louder than expected. Only bothersome to someone using the kitchen. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Let me start by saying we stay at a lot of VRBOs while vacationing all over the US. This place was fantastic! It is new, clean and felt like home. The location is great for base camp to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Good proximity to downtown Moab for food. Unfortunately we did not have the time to take advantage of any of the amenities, so I can't comment there. To be honest, my favorite thing was the text from the owner. It had instructions to get in, nearby restaurant recommendations, things to do and expectations for your stay. It was nice to have all that information easily accessible on your phone. Do not pass this place by! You won't be disappointed!!

Getting in to our place was easy and the place was extremely clean. I was very happy with the unit and the onsite pool was nice to cool off at the end of the day. I did not notice that this place is a little farther from Moab central than I thought at first. Not a bit deal but maybe ten minutes driving?

The rental was exactly as advertised, Wonderful!!
Bedrooms were spacious. Bathrooms had plenty of counter space. TV worked! Kitchen was convienent and well stocked. It was closed to National Parks and other points of interest. We'd stay there again.

Villa was very nice! Had all the comforts of home!!

The only critical comment I can think of is that the cleaning staff needs to change their mop head because the place has a bit of 'dirty mop' smell when you first walk in (because it was cleaned shortly before arrival). Open some windows - problem solved. Seriously that's the only 'complaint'.

A nice unit, well furnished, still very new. The construction of new townhomes next door didn't make any noise that we noticed, and finding the unit is not hard at all. The overall area is pretty quiet. Most people are out adventuring during the day, and we did not see or hear any sort of partying going on. It's just a chill place to unwind after you've been out having fun all day.

You're about 5 minutes south of Moab itself which drastically cuts down on traffic and offroader noise, while still being close enough to get everywhere you're likely interested in getting to quickly.

Note that this particular unit does not allow pets, but we noticed that some of the others (including the unit right next door) do. You may want to contact the mgmt company directly before booking in order to select a pet friendly unit if you are interested in bringing your dog.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful, quiet, clean, well-stocked. A short drive from Arches put us there quickly. Quiet because outside Moab and that made it perfect.

I almost don't want to tell you how great this stay was because I want it to be there when we go again. Super nice, lots of amenities, great price . 5-10 min from town

What a lovely home! The kitchen was exactly what we were hoping for with good quality cookware. Loved the beds - very comfortable! We would definitely stay again when in Moab.

Extremely clean, well-stocked and well managed townhome. Very helpful to have laundry in unit and detergent was provided. Full kitchen was also very helpful. After days of eating out, it was nice to be able to eat in. Grocery store a short 10 min drive away. Check-in and check-out process was contactless and smooth. Would strongly recommend this lovely unit to anyone interested.

Just what we expected and needed. Beautiful and spacious. Safe and secure.

What a cute little two master bedroom unit. Everything we needed in the kitchen including spices. It does have a lot of road noise from the highway. The television was so fussy during the World Series and calls to the property manager were not returned. If you are staying more than a couple days bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

We liked the location and the condition of the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. However, we selected this community because there was a pool and hot tub. Both were overwhelmed with loads of families - especially too many for COVID. With more lounge chairs around the pool maybe we could have used it but there were only 4 or 5. Also, the air conditioner and the plumbing are very loud in the Kitchen - only bothered us if we were trying to work at the table.

Very nice unit. Has everything you would need.
South of MOAB, so takes 10 min to get into town.
Its by the highway, so can be a little noisy.
The pool area was too small for all the rental units, there was no way we could use it and be safe distance. They could use a much bigger pool!
Or more with all the rental units in that area.
Would rent again there if in MOAB, furnishings top notch.

Everything was fantastic. The condo was perfect in every way. It was clean, and well appointed. Even the towels was luxurious. The kitchen had everything one might need.

We had the most incredible time in Moab and this rental was the icing on the cake. The showers must have an Insta-hot water heater because everyone got hot showers without it ever running out which was nice. Very well equipped with essentials. We cooked breakfast every morning before heading out to hike. The location is perfect at about 5 miles south of Moab. I wouldn't want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Moab. It was pretty crowded at all hotels that we could see. You also have your own assigned parking spaces. Enjoyed our visit. If we are ever back in Moab, we will rent this unit again.

Great location! Very clean! Very quiet!

Very clean and nice. Surprisingly not noisy. We have a good time and we have everything we need to prepare meals after a day of hiking. Also the management is very efficient in giving us all the information we need, good job.

A very nice alternative to staying at a hotel.

This was perfect for 2 couples looking for adventure in Moab. Having two master suites was wonderful allowing us our own bathrooms and a little privacy. The shared space was kept up well and clean when we arrived. We cooked in a few times and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great location to avoid the business of the main part of town but still close enough to easily get to anything in Moab. We needed to stay an extra day to avoid a snowstorm and it was very easy to communicate with the property manager to extend our stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The King beds were very comfortable. The communication process for check-in and check-out was easy and hassle free! Highly recommend this property!

Great place, comfortable beds! and furniture. Perfect for 4 people. Used the gas grill for dinner one night and made breakfast each day in the well stocked kitchen.

My wife and I are emptynesters, and this trip was not only an opportunity to see the beautiful creations in the naarby local parks, but it was also an opportunity for us to see places where our late son had trekked several years before.

This was our first "non-hotel" stay, and we were more than pleased with this property. Everything needed was available on site, and although we spent limited time in the condo, the time we spent was enjoyable. Everything worked pefectly, and it was very well furnished. This location seemed very safe. I would recommend a flashlight for night time arrivals, as the low light policies of the properties can make it difficult to see well for entering and exiting the property.

Also, the ladies at Mackenna's were very helpful and pleasant to work with. They never made us feel like we were trouble when we had questions or requests.

I would strongly recommend this location over hotels in Moab - you will get a lot more for your $$. It would also be excellent for 2 couples to share.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property for a few nights while exploring Moab and the surrounding area. Everything was sparkling clean and well maintained. The check-in process was flawless, the kitchen well stocked with everything to meet our needs, and we appreciated having a comfortable place to rest and relax after activities in the desert sun. The location is a bit out of town but it's a quick car ride to Main Street for restaurants, groceries, shops, etc. We didn't get a chance to try the pool but it's close by. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

We had two couples meet in Moab for a four day stay. It was great having two en-suite bedrooms.

I highly recommend staying at this brand new rental. All communication was very timely, accurate, easy to understand. The location is perfect, just south of town. This is a brand new unit. It is beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. The beds are heavenly, and all linens are luxurious. The view off the back patio is beautiful of the red hills. The pool and hot tub were a walkable distance and well maintained. You will be very happy staying here while exploring Moab, Arches or Canyonlands National Park. We also enjoyed Moab, the Moab brewery had great food, beer and delicious gelato.

Everything went exceptionally well for our trip from when we opened the front door until we reluctantly left the property. The property was immaculately clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. Nicole was a tremendous help in making the arrangements for our group. We didn't have to worry about anything the entire trip. She was flexible with the requirements needed for our special conditions and helped make all the paperwork easy to complete. I would strongly recommend not only this property, but any property managed by Nicole and her staff. We enjoyed so much staying at the property that we didn't really want to go anywhere else - just relax from the days activities where we were. It was truly a wonderful experience.
