Pool, Views, Private Patio and Garage

The condo is in a great location on the southern end of Moab. Neighborhood is quiet and looks well kept. The home laid out nicely and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a good size group. The king bed in the primary bedroom was slanted at least two inches sideways making it impossible for a second person to sleep in it. The sheets are very worn, thin, and yellowed. The pillows old, flat and hard. The towels are dark so one can’t tell how clean they are. The manager asks that guests wash the towels the morning they leave the rental. I don’t really trust a random person to do a great job with the laundry. Why does VRBO allow this practice?

This place is almost indescribable it is so incredible! If you want to stay in a home that is way nicer than your own home, this is the place! The kitchen was large, the barbecue wonderful, the pool was lovely, parking in a garage was a nice bonus. The area is quiet and the scenery can’t be beat!! I will be back next summer 100%

It was great! Our unit was clean and well kept. It was the perfect size for our family, and a great location just outside of town. The pool was close by as well. We loved it and wold recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Excellent unit for the five of us. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the unit was located perfectly for our activities. This is a great unit to consider for one's visit to Moab. Lots of towels and pillows were available if needed.

The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The provided beach towels for the pool were great. The kitchen had all needed basic items needed to cook meals. The photos and description were accurate. The games and all of the DVDs were a nice added touch.

This is a very nice condo. We traveled with our family of four plus my mother in law and everyone was very comfortable and the bedroom/bathroom layout was great. We loved having the ping pong table! Plus access to the basketball courts was great. I’d give the management company 5 stars. They are extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. My only complaint is that the main living space feels quite dark. There is only one window at the front of the unit and the main floor feels a bit cave-like. The second floor has plenty of windows. (We stayed here in November. It might get more light in the summer). Overall this was a really great stay.

Awesome stay

We were thrilled with our condo! It was beautiful and tastefully decorated and exactly what we hoped for and expected based on the ad. It was stocked with everything you could ever need and more. There were games and movies galore. All the amenities were great, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub multiple times. It was very clean and safe and had gorgeous surroundings. We hope to stay there again. Highly recommended.

The property was clean, quiet and nice. The pool area was great and the location was good for our stay. We had a small maintenance issue and when we texted about the problem we got a quick response and it was taken care of within a few hours. The maintenance guy was professional and friendly and even gave us some recommendations for stuff to do around town. It was a quick stay but a good one. Thanks!

Great experience. The home was perfect for us. We have kids that each had their own room. We spent the day hiking, and then came home to a pool, and lots of space to relax.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The location was well placed to the city of Moab, grocery stores, tour guides and the parks in the area and was very clean and well maintained. The condo was well decorated and the furnishings (including the beds) were very comfortable. We enjoyed TV's in all bedrooms as well as the living room. There was a ping-pong table, games and loads of movies for our enjoyment when not touring. The condo had a full array of cutlery, bowls, plates and cooking utensils. It was nice having a garage in which to park our car to preserve it from the heat and rainy weather.

The townhouse was wonderful - well stocked with everything we could need, comfortable beds, clean, easy to find. Loved the attached garage and the kids loved the ping pong table (daily tournamentsl). Owners responded immediately to my texts. Tennis court & pool were great when we could get on them. Close to Arches, but also did a couple of other cool hikes (check out Grandstaff Canyon). Beautiful area!

Great 3 night stay for our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Plenty of rooms/bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen. Lots of TVs/Movies/Board games and a ping pong table helped make the most of a rainy day. Easy logistics, check in, check out, etc. We will stay again when we visit Moab.

The house was perfect for two couples. We were most impressed by the quick response by Makenna’s Gold. After an evening call about a problem with the lock and the microwave they had a repair person there the next morning which was Sunday. Both situations were taken care of as quickly as possible. The unit was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The location was good for our visits to area parks and attractions. It was close enough to downtown and stores but far enough out that it was peaceful. We loved the grill and fireplace

We were very pleased with the rental property. It was clean and everything they said it would be. Location for us was very convenient and close to everything we needed. My one and only complaint was that the microwave would blow a breaker every time we tried to us it. But we did fine with out it.

We were very well accommodated and enjoyed everything Moab had to offer! So many trails for 4-wheeling, sights to see, eats and shops. A great place to relax and unwind! We didn’t lack for anything at this condo! And it was far enough out of town to have peace and quiet. We came for part of Easter Jeep Safari so the abundance of Jeeps around was a sight to behold! Will come back next year for sure!!

We enjoyed this condo very much! Clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Management easy to work with clear directions. Our teen grands loved having their own rooms! Very quiet neighborhood. My favorite thing about condo was balcony outside master bedroom where you could go out and watch the beautiful Moab stars! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Everything was so clean and very well stocked! The kids had plenty of room to play and everyone had space to sleep. The pool was pretty cold and the lighting outside the complex is horrible, but those are the only downfalls we felt. The best part was the parking situation and garage. We were able to park 2 trucks with side by side trailers in the driveway and it felt very safe. Definitely will be renting at these condos again. Great experience!

Great unit - spacious and clean. Very nice to have a full size garage. Neighborhood is quiet and close to town. Have rented other units from Makenna's in the same neighborhood and we keep coming back!

This was a very comfortable place to stay. It seemed like all the condos were vacation rentals as I chatted with other moms at the pool. It was clean, had every we needed and more, and the pool was great. Wish we could have stayed in Moab longer!

Great place and location - about a five minute ride into the main area. The unit was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying there and will do so when I return to MOAB. Caution - The "kiddies" (expectedly) overrun the pool and hot tub.

The townhouse was clean and beautiful. Very comfortable. Only stayed a couple of days but will stay longer next time.

Very nice place. Kitchen had all the appliances, cookware, and utensils needed, even a blender and slow cooker. Minutes to everything yet nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the views from the patio along with night views of the stars. Tons of DVD's to watch and lots of board games. Refrig was noisy, was told the ice maker had issues.

We did the Extreme 4x4 guided tour of Hells revenge and loved it. Very very fun for all ages.

Our family of 4 stayed here in June and it was such a great place! The place is clean and feels like home from the moment you step in the door. They give you everything you could need during your stay! The rooms are all comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was great with 2 kids! The pool was used every day and the neighborhood was quiet. There's a big movie collection and it was nice to lounge on the couch in the AC after a long day with the kids and watch a movie. We plan to use this as our home base anytime we're in Utah!

Very spacious and clean, well furnished and decorated. Enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, the nice living area, large bedrooms, comfortable beds, laundry facilities, porch, and driveway. The quiet location was nice but being outside of town was not ideal. My only complaint was not enough towel racks in the master bathroom.

Quiet. Nice to have a garage for parking. Great DVD collection. Housekeeping needs to improve....dusty furniture, fridge not clean, dirty dishes in the cabinet. The bottom of my feet were black after walking on the downstairs tile floor. Good to have washer and dryer, but but both bottles of detergent, which description said was included, were empty. The view was not what is in the picture in the unit description, and patio/furniture outside was dirty. Okay stay, but would not return.

We had a marvelous stay at 1A8. The place was clean and had everything we needed to feel like home. There is a huge video collection and even a ping pong table in the garage. We would definitely rent this place again.

The property was easy to find. It was a great place. The only thing they need to improve on is lighting at the front door. Otherwise the place had a great kitchen and three bedrooms and a great place to relax.

The property was exactly as described. The kitchen, laundry-room, and bathrooms were all stocked accordingly. The entire unit was VERY clean, which we greatly appreciated. The unit was very roomy and perfect for our two families. The ping-pong table was a very nice surprise and valued entertainment.

Located just down the road from town. Condo was great. Wifi could use a boost to reach upstairs. Kitchen had all the needed supplies. Instructions were great. We had a rainy trip so Ping pong table in the garage was a big hit. So many DVDs to choose from.

This was my 6th time to Moab and the 2nd time to stay at these condos. And just like the first time, it was awesome. I will never stay anywhere else. The price can’t be beat, the views are amazing, and the comfort level is off the chart. You can’t go wrong by stay here. I’m already planning my trip for next year and will be staying here again

We and another couple spent 3 nights in this lovely condo. It's in a beautiful area just outside of town, and we found it very comfortable and convenient. Full kitchen, laundry facilities, big garage mad life easy.

The property was clean and accurately described. The bedrooms are upstairs which I didn't know in advance, probably didn't read the description well, and were nice sized with comfortable beds, large bathrooms. Nice deck with a view. We went to Virgin, Utah, the Ghost Town Grafton, Utah and Zion National Park. Great area.

Nicely equipped and convenient condo. Layout was good with living space on the first floor and sleeping upstairs. A king in the master, queen in one BR, and twin beds in the other BR made it versatile. Close to the pool. Would stay here again

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was such a relaxing place to call "home" while we were visiting the national parks. It's a quiet environment with beautiful surroundings, just outside Moab. The condo had everything we needed from spices in the kitchen to beach towels! The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great especially after those hot hikes! The place was immaculate! The tennis court and pool were enjoyed by all. I would love to stay here again.

Clean, Quiet, and as Described

The condo was equipped with everything we needed and was very clean.

We stayed here to visit Arches N.P., Canyonlands N.P. & Dead Horse Point State Park. Location was convenient to all spots. About 10 minutes to downtown Moab, but it was nice being in a quieter area. Property was clean & had everything we needed. It's not stated as an amenity, but we enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. Directions were spot on, but it would be very difficult to find in the dark simply because there are no street lights. But because of that, it's possible to see an abundance of stars at night. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The unit is ideal for vacationers visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The property is well located a little away from the centre of Moab, but close enough for easy access. The property was well equipped with all what is needed to cook. I would recommend this property to anyone with a family and would book it if I would return to the area.

We love this area. This condo is just outside of town—on the opposite side of Arches, but still close enough to everything. It was what was presented. It fit my family of 5 fine. I would have possibly liked one more queen bed rather than the 2 twins.

My wife and I stayed for a week in this rental unit with our adult children and our granddaughter. We were all very comfortable and were glad to have this place to return to after our daily outings to the national parks. Access to the hot tub was wonderful after a day spent mountain biking!

The garage was perfect for all of our bikes. The rental staff was very accommodating and responsive when we requested an early check in. It’s a bit out of town, but not inconvenient at all. since rain spoiled much of our fun, we’ll be back and will definitely request this particular unit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Prickly Pear in Moab. So much to see and do in Moab and having this place as our refuge at the end of the day was perfect. Had all the things we needed and resource materials that enhanced our stay. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location, clean townhouse, many amenities

Not far at all from main town, close to groceries and all attractions of the city. Clean community and great views. Convenience of having a grill and community pool for kids and even a small playground. I would just recommend a little more cleaning to the garage and front patio.

The house was great - clean, comfortable, convenient. Having a garage was a huge plus! Being so close to town, we were able to spend our time hiking, sightseeing and shopping instead of driving. Arches and Dead Horse Point were fantastic! We would definitely come back to this rental.

My brothers and I stayed here for a weekend of rafting, biking, hiking, and great food. This house was perfect and close to all these activities in and around Moab. We loved it!

This townhome worked well as a base to explore Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. It is about 5 miles from main part of Moab, so a drive is required for most shopping, but the location provided for a quiet stay. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 adults. The kitchen is well-stocked, and in general the whole place serves as a good base to spend a few days.

Fall seemed to extend into November, so we took advantage of the warm weather for a weekend in Moab. What a great location. The condo at 1A8 did not disappoint. A bit big for 2 people, but satisfying anyway.
