Amazing Views, Private Patio and Garage

Great Location, plenty of room for parking full size truck and trailer. We had one issues on the 3rd day. We got blocked into our condo because someone failed to communicate with everyone that the roads would be re-asphalted. We could not pull out of our driveway. After a lengthy ordeal, we were finally able to leave.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. It was clean, cozy, and central to where we wanted to explore. Would stay again.

We loved our vacation in Moab, and this townhouse was excellent! Beautiful,beautiful location and this home was clean and cozy. Excellent location to everything! Hopefully I will live in Moab one day.

We had a great experience. Roomy enough that we could all hang out together in living room after a long day of hiking. Making breakfast was nice having a full kitchen. Would stay here again!

Stayed here during Easter Jeep Safari and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet the renal and area were. Garage was large enough to fit two lifted Jeeps in. Only downer is that the TV is master was very, very old and the attached cable box was only able to pick up a single channel. This is something the property manager should address, especially at the rates they charge. Towels were also pretty tough to track down as they were all in a closet in the second bathroom and not in their respective bathrooms.

This townhome was perfect for our stay in Moab. We were with another couple and it had plenty of space for all of us. It’s in a very quiet location just a few minutes from town. It was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a decent stay in this unit. We did not like the hard memory foam mattresses or the pillows due to it leaving my back messed up for the trip. The can opener was broken and we couldn't get the smart TV to work. Other than these few issues, this unit was amazing! Great location and we loved the master shower.

Perfect accommodation for the family to enjoy Moab! The property had close proximity from town. It was clean, had all the conveniences of pots/pans, utensils, additional stock of things like TP, paper towels, extra blankets/pillows, etc. I really liked that it had a two-car garage. Each of the units are within short walking distance to the pool. It was clean and in good condition.

Our group of 6 stayed here and we’re very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are nice, quiet neighborhood. Very clean!

Our stay in Moab was perfect. The condo was super nice, very clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable. We cooked at the condo several meals and it had a very well stocked kitchen. We had two other couples with us and one couple brought it to my attention the day after we arrived that their bathroom was short two wash cloths and there wasn’t any in the closet. I sent a text to Nicole the property manager and in less than 10 minutes she had extra wash cloths delivered to our front door. Super friendly and helpful! This is not our first stay with Makennas Gold Rentals and we have returned because the condos are always clean and spacious, their customer service is excellent and it’s close to town and the trails.

We can recommend this condo and the management without hesitation. The property was immaculate when we arrived, everything worked as expected the instructions and guidance we received leading up to the rental was clear and easy to understand. Honestly, our only lament was having to leave after only three nights. The next stay will be longer!!! Thank you!

After hiking trails and riding ATV’s during the day is was like coming home to our own house. The condo was stocked with all the necessities such as towels, toilet tissues, paper towels, shampoo, etc. It was also very clean when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable and the space was just the right size. It was also a bonus having our own garage attached to the unit. We used the pool, playground, and tennis courts in the evening. They were well maintained also. We called Nicole to ask if she could provide a slip mat for one of the showers and she arrived in less than 5 minutes with one in hand. She also took the time to answer our questions about various things about the area. She was super friendly and very genuine. We will definitely go back to Moab and when we do we will book with Nicole.

We had a great time in this condo. We had 3 couples share, no kids. Place was in good shape, lots of space, close to the pool. This was a little farther from downtown than I initially thought, but that is on me. Pretty quiet development, lots of extra parking for trailers in the large driveway and on the street. We were there to ride our side by side on the jeep trails. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Communication with the owner or manager is paramount from our children experience. Nicole, the property manage responded within minutes, to an insignificant problem with the tv in the living room of the condo. This in itself was testimony as to how well we were responded to.
Definitely, without a doubt, we would rent from these people again. The area we stayed at was secluded from traffic and very calm and tranquil.

The condo is exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our family of 5. We loved having the space and the kids enjoyed the basketball court! We would stay here again when we return to Moab!

We've stayed at a fair amount of rentals around the country and this was perhaps the best unit and experience we've ever had. The unit was clean, well organized, stocked with all the necessities and as comfortable as 'home'. The beds were amazing and the garage was a godsend, being as we came in the dead of winter and it snowed for 2 days. We had a great time in Moab and this unit made the experience even better.

It was great! Everything we could’ve hoped for. We would love to stay again when we visit Moab.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome for a week of 4 wheeling in Moab, UT. It was clean, had comfortable beds and a good layout for eating and enjoying tv or games. We liked having a garage to put either our Razors in or our vehicles. The location was easy to get to. Recommend this rental over motels everytime.

Moab’s attractions exceeded our expectations. So many wonderful parks and activities. The condo was in a great location to all of the parks and activities.

Moab is a great vacation location with so much to do. Rim Village Vistas is the best place to stay because it’s close to everything, but also has its own recreation area with pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts. This townhome was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay.

Rental was very clean and comfortable. Lots of little extras made the stay easy (paper products, soap, etc.) Good location. Property owners VERY GOOD to work with!

The House was neat and clean and the community was very good. Sitting at living room and seeing the mountains through the big window was a great experience. Overall it was very good. Some couple of hickups was there like the additional keys kept was not working properly to lock and unlock the front door. But the key kept in the locker box was working properly. And the Garage door key was working fine. We are not able to use the patio in the first floor master bedroom as it is not ready. If that is usable it will be of great experience further.But we enjoyed the kitchen was very good and the living room and there are playing items for Kid which my kid enjoyed playing

Great time and nice rental. Small changes could have eliminated the following minor irritations, empty missing hand soap containers, no dish washing liquid, light burned out on garage door opener, cheap toilet paper and inadequate body wash and shampoo.

There were 3 of us (all adults) in this 2 bedroom condo. Plenty of space and bathrooms. The garage was nice for a couple of rain showers.

Perfect location for hiking in the nearby national parks. The place is new and immaculate and even has a garage. One of the best places that I have stayed in through VRBO.

Great clean comfortable town home! Not far from downtown Moab with great views!! Loved being able to have separate spaces for sleeping and tv watching unlike hotels. Would definitely recommend and come back! My whole family was satisfied.

This was perfect, it was close to everything we wanted to do, the pools were great and the house was clean and spacious! We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and new property. Everything you need in your home away from home. Close enough to all activities and sites but just far enough from traffic. Laundry and garage nice to have. AC was great. Only comment vertical blinds in master bedroom were broken letting in afternoon heat and morning light. All other rooms were almost too cold. Would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome Stay!

We were 5 adults here to explore the National Parks and this was a very good location for us to do that. The accommodations were comfortable and we had no problems getting access.

Over all the Unit was great. I definitely would stay again and having a garage was a must for storing the top and doors along with the tools. We are planning to book for next May again.

The unit was available as described. It was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again for my next trip to Moab. The unit is a bit south of downtown moab, so any trips into town are a few mile drive. This is well described in the description. It is right next to the fairgounds which worked great for our event.

Town-home was beautiful. Place was stocked with kitchenware and bedroom and bathroom linens. Garage was huge Located just 10 minutes from downtown. Nice quiet area. PERFECT!

We had a great time staying in Moab at this beautiful condo. The condo is very roomy and comfortable. The only drawback is the stairs to go upstairs. If stairs aren't a problem, I would recommend staying at this property.

This was the best night's sleep and most comfortable stay in our 17 day trip which included 10 different hotels. It was brand new place, fully stocked, very comfortable, with the best mattress! The kitchen was terrific to cook in.

The beds are very luxurious and comfortable. Walking distance to pool and less then 10 min drive into town. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.

We visited Moab and stayed in this vacation home for three nights. Will stay longer probably the next time. Many nice places to visit in the mountains and all around it, beautiful, scenic places!! Many hiking trails and outdoor things to do, we really love it. Coming back to this comfortable vacation home after long hot days of hiking is a wonderful feeling. Thank you for sharing your nicely decorated condo with very comfortable beds and have almost everything we need.

Although we were not in the condo much as we were enjoying more of the great outdoors of Moab, this was a wonderful place to come back after a long day.

This house was a fantastic house to stay for our visit to Moab. Just minutes from the center of town. Everything was very clean inside and out. It's bigger than it looks from the outside. Easy access to Canyonlands, Arches, rafting and shopping for all your needs in town. Highly recommend for your stay.

The condo was a splendid place to stay. Was so much more enjoyable than staying in a motel room. The condo was very clean and even though was just off the highway, was very quiet. We would stay here again.

Fantastic base camp for exploring Moab. Spacious and clean condo with a community pool that's great for cooling off in that hot desert! A bit out of town but worth the short drive.

We had a great experience staying at the Rim Vista Townhome! We were in town for 9 days to compete in a mtb stage race, and the condo was our home base. Great, well equipped townhome close to town with all of the amenities one could want! Would highly recommend!

You never know if the VBRO’s are going to be as good as they look. This place did not skimp on anything. We were able to have everything we needed for cooking to showering. Plenty of quality supplies available to use. The place was clean and new feeling. The garage was nice and big and worked great to store our mountain bikes and razor. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed every minute. We also liked the location. It was just far enough from town to avoid the crowds but close enough to access slickrock, razor trails and and hikes within 10 min. Also, 10 min drive to town for shopping and restaurant.

This townhouse is spacious and clean. We loved having a quiet home base to come to after hiking, mountain biking, and exploring all day. The huge garage was also great for storing all of our gear in. Next time we're in Moab we'll definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd stay at this Rim Vista Condo. We loved it so much the first time, we came back again!
The condo is very well stocked with everything you might need. It is nicely furnished and clean. The large 2 car garage is fabulous for all the toys. The only complaint is that the hot tub was not warm at all. This however is not a reflection on the condo itself but on the overall property management group of Rim Vista. We visited in October so we expected the pool to be closed (which it was) but the hot tub too was unusable.

A good location, just a few minutes outside of town. It was quite, comfortable with plenty of room.

We visited Arch's and Canyonlands National Parks.Close to both. The Townhome was perfect, had all the amenities we needed and the Garage was a plus.
Would highly recommend.
