Pool, Red Rock Views, Patio & Garage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is close to Moab but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful evening without the traffic and crowds. It was quiet, very clean and equipped well enough to make dinner each night after visiting Arches National Park. The unit was spacious and the complex was very quiet. There was minor road noise from Hwy 191 at night but only because everything else was so quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with management (Nicole) could not have been better. She was very responsive when we needed assistance with the cable connection (user error on our part).

Great place to stay for a week with family. Set-up of condo is perfect. All three bedrooms are upstairs so away from activities downstairs. The pool was great post-hikes at the end of the day. Actually there are two pools, which is good, because it can get crowded. As others have said there is a bit of traffic noise, but nothing terrible. Place is about 5 miles from downtown. It's listed as such, but it does mean you have to get in your car to get downtown.

Had a wonderful hiking vacation. Each day we hiked and took in the sights around Moab. This townhouse are a wonderful home base to come back to at the end of a long day. It was conveniently located near Moab without being in the crowd. We liked the quiet residential area. It was a restful place where we could recharge for the next day’s adventure.

The condo was very nice, clean and stocked with our needs. We have stayed in MOAB 3 times now with Makenna's Gold Rentals and have always had a good experience.
This particular condo is close to the road so the master bedroom has road noise. It was not too bad though. If you don't like noise just have ear plugs. The location is perfect, it's just outside of town but close enough to everything. We love MOAB and will be back again.

I have been renting condo's in Moab for several years from Makenna's Gold, always a great experience and all the condo's I have rented have been beautiful and well stocked with everything I need!

Our accomodations were excellent! Perfect size for the 5 of us. Clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed pillows were disguting. Not only were they in bad shape, but they were stained (including one with blood). The bathroom smelled of mildew and curtain was stained. The carpet did not look clean (although lines showed it had been vacuumed). We tried cleaning it up and making the best of our stay but unfortunately these items need serious attention. The washer did not always rinse the clothes. The location was good. We really liked having the private garage.

Rim vista condo unit 9A4 is an awesome place to rent. It’s got everything a family or group could ask for. It’s comfortable and very close to Moab. We really enjoyed the place and found the management team very responsive to all our questions. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay. We recently stayed in mid March of 2022. This was our first stay at a VRBO and we were very concerned about cleanliness and quality of beds/couches/etc. We were not disappointed. This place was very clean, had comfortable beds and furniture. A great place to stay within 5 minutes of Moab.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We spent 2 weeks here in July exploring the nearby National Parks (Arches - about 20 min away, and Canyonlands - about 60 min away). Dead Horse State park is also close by and was a great day trip. Lots of mountain biking nearby, including Slickrock and Sand Flats Road trails. The pools were great to cool off from the heat. The large 2 car garage was convenient to store our bikes and gear easily. Also nice to have the laundry just off the garage. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and we used the gas grill on the patio quite a bit for quick meals (very convenient to have the direct gas hookup!). It really does get dark at night and nice star gazing off the patio. It does overlook the road with some noise but that didn't bother us at all. I was happy to find a nice market in Moab (City Market) that has a great selection of produce and food items at very reasonable prices.

Stayed for 3 nites visiting Moab & Arches. This was the cleanest, nicest VRBO we’ve had in awhile. Very nice accommodations and furnishings with plenty of room. Nice little patio with a gas grill that we used twice. Nice 2 car garage. We only used 1 bedroom - but has 3 nice size bedrooms. Complex has 2 small pools & hot tub - only complaint is there are only 4 chaise lounge chairs but that is not the townhome owners fault. We had everything we needed EXCEPT there is no wine opener! Good location outside of town which was very busy with tourists. Only takes 5 minutes to get into Moab town itself. Totally recommend staying here

It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the space and the location. It was very clean. Our granddaughters loved the pool and playground.
I would recommend this Airbnb in Moab.
It had everything we needed accept for a pack and play which is nice to have when you have a baby with you.
Other than that it was wonderful!!

Perfect base from which to explore the local area. The complex is located south of town,so nothing is within walking distance,but that's not a problem since everything in town is on the way to the national parks.
The kitchen had every piece of equipment we needed, and was spotless.
A few minor maintenance and vaccuuming issues didn't spoil the stay.
We would definitely recommend to others and would stay again!

Pro:
Very clean
Kitchen is a good size and has everything needed (no condiments except salt/pepper and spices)
Bedrooms are a good size and beds were comfortable
bathrooms are clean (there are actually 2.5 - powder room by kitchen).
Roomy garage - we never used the front door, since the garage was much easier.
Responsive management.

Cons:
Road noise - this unit is closest to the highway and the noise at night was significant. We brought ear plugs, but noise was still an issue. If you are a light sleeper, this will be an issue.
Chairs on master bedroom balcony are both broken and unusuable (was too cold to sit out there, so no biggie).
Several miles from town.

Nice modern home just outside of Moab, which is great given the proximity to the national parks and the town's amenities, but without being right in the middle of the town itself.

I stayed 3 nights with 2 adult children and my toddler grandson. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There are some details that, if addressed, would bring my rating up to 5 stars. The quality of the sheets & towels could be improved. There are 2 broken chairs on the patio off of the master bedroom. This was noted in a previous review and they are still there. Other small details like replacing the shredded BBQ cover and plugging the table lamps in in the living room would give a better first impression. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We stayed in 9A4 for 3 nights at the end of July 2020. The condition of the property is great. The unit was very clean upon our arrival.

The balcony off the master bedroom is sparsely furnished - only 3 chairs, only 1 of which was actually usable. I am positive if I would have called they would have brought replacements, but it was over 105 degrees in the sun by mid afternoon and too hot to sit outside anyhow as it faces the direct sun. There is a bit of noise from the highway outside, but it was so hot we didn't even open the windows.

If you are on the fence about this one, I recommend. The price is right, the unit is clean, and its nice to sit out on the lower patio and have coffee in the morning.

We loved the condo! The condo was spacious and well maintained. We liked that it wasn’t in town, but didn’t take us long to get there. There were 3 of us and we each had our own room with comfortable beds. We were so grateful to be able to stay here! We would definitely come back!!

Very nice condo ,almost new, clean ,quite beautiful views

This was a well stocked, nicely laid out condo that was a short walk from the facility hot tub. The condo was conveniently located just a bit south of the town and a short trip to the Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point.

The management was friendly, very responsive and helpful.

Aside from a minor issue of the oven smoking the first time we turned it on everything was GREAT. This was perfect for my husband, a friend and our son and his friend to stay at. We'd definitely come back again!!!

We loved this place. Plenty of room for 3 couples. extra parking available in the driveway. Lots of cookwear and appliances for meals. Hot tub at the pool was great after long day of hiking. We had 2 other couples at townhouse across the street so great location for multi group.

The house is in a great location for everything that you would want to do in Moab. It's just a few miles out of town and has a beautiful view of the mountains from the patio.

This condo pretty basic, but met our needs. Condo was very clean and is newer. Living room furniture was comfortable. Other furniture is pretty basic and inexpensive. Carpet is builders grade. Pool is a 1 minute walk and is nice, with a few too many kids in the hot tub. Unit faces highway, so road noise is considerable. Others in complex may be quieter. A few miles south of Moab, but an easy drive.

There is no landing on the stairs to second floor, so a bit of a climb. Apparently there is a hand soap theft ring operating in Moab, so all hand soap dispensers had only 1/2 inch of soap to thrwart the thieves. Property manager was easy to work with.

Exactly as described. Condo is brand new and very clean. One pool is heated, one is not. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening after playing hard every day. The manager, Nicole, bailed us out when we really needed her, and did so with a joyful spirit.
The checkin-Checkout process is streamlined. We really enjoyed the large garage to store our toys and jeep. I couldn't tell you if the TV's worked because if you have time to use the TV's you are doing Moab wrong! Defiantly choose this unit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental. We were able to make our own meals, do laundry (supplies were provided) and best of all, had a garage. This is much more convenient for family travels because we could all hangout together comfortably but when someone needed quiet time or was ready for bed, they had their own space too.

This was a great vacation rental for our quick trip to Moab. It is clean and new and easy in and out.

The rental was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and well-appointed. It was difficult to find the door to our unit -- it could be better marked or have more instructions in the arrival information (that it's opposite the garage with the unit number). Otherwise we loved our stay!

Good location ... close to Moab, restaurants, stores, etc. While we didn’t need to contact the property management, we were given a contact number for any problems. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying here we felt like a guest in someone’s beautiful home rather then a renter. It was super clean, comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, relaxing and the location was fantastic!! A hummer tour is a must we had so much fun. The customer service was exceptional. Without a doubt we will back.

We were very pleased with the property and they information provided to us for check in/out. It was accurate and went very smooth. Only one thing could make it better. We noticed the garage had a keypad, maybe that code could be used instead of the front door since it lights up and you come to that for first written arriving at the property.

Well located for the two main parks, well equipped for cooking, beds comfortable, very clean, spacious ... in short, nothing wrong.

Cannot speak more highly of this immaculate holiday rental. First class management and excellent cleaning crew. The home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We have stay on rim and village several times but will be returning to this condo subject to vacancies. Can’t say better than that. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Location and beautiful views!

This property was perfect for our vacation to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Located just outside of Moab, it was an easy drive into town at night for dinner and shopping after hiking in the parks. The home had a garage with the washer/dryer located inside. This made it easy to take off hiking gear and place it right in the washer instead of tracking red dust into the unit. There was plenty of space for everyone and the master suite was huge. I would definitely rent the place again if staying in Moab.

Location is just 5 minutes away from town, and a pretty quiet place. Rooms are spacious, and we like that there is a garage - perfect for the hot weather. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Washer and dryer is provided and really useful especially since there was so much red dust all over our clothes. Overall - a pleasant stay.

We were so very pleased with this home. It was even better in person than in the photos. It was immaculate, spacious, and so comfortable! After two weeks of cross country travel, everyone in the family enjoyed being able to spread out. I can't say enough good things about this property- we loved having access to the pool, the kitchen was well-stocked, there is a garage!, everything in terms of check in and out was seamless and stress free. Be aware that this rental is a few minutes outside of the center of Moab, but it was no trouble at all getting to the parks (and frankly, nice to get away from the bustle of Moab during peak season). Highly recommend

This property was in immaculate shape when we arrived. It is only a short drive to the town center and beyond to Arches and Canyonlands. Everything was what we expected. Only suggestion we have is to provide your guest with a cleaning sponge for pots and pans and a corkscrew for our wine.

This townhouse exceeded our expectations. The unit was extremely clean, located in a great area to explore the nearby National & State Parks and the rental manager made the process very easy. We would definitely rent this unit again!!

Overall it was a wonderful stay! the place was clean and beautiful! I was impressed with how comfortable the beds were. The pool and hot tub were clean and the temperature was pleasant. I would stay there again!!

Accommodations were great for what we needed.

Excellent condo for access to Moab and National parks. Super clean and one of the best-appointed kitchens I've ever had in a rental property, which was much appreciated since we do most of our own cooking. Good, timely communication. Only suggestion would be darker blinds in the bedrooms.

Second stay in this condo. First was family trip in summer of 2017, and this time a rock climbing trip in spring 2018. Both visits were great. Condo is in great condition, well located, and perfect for family or group. Whole process went perfectly both times.

Our time in Moab was made nearly perfect by such a great place to crash. The National and State Parks in the area are outstanding and it was wonderful to have a place to relax and re-group after hiking and exploring all day. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room area provides lots of space. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. The rental process was easy with a quick response and little hassle. Some rentals required all kinds of "hoops" to jump thru before you can secure the rental. Nicole was prompt with easy to follow instructions. Our group of six LOVED the place.
